All’interno dell’azienda DOC ha il ruolo di store manager e sommelier, cooordino tutti i membri della mia squadra in modo tale da rendere l’esperienza dei nostri ospiti unica. Ho più di 20 anni di esperienza nel settore ristorazione, avendo lavorato anche come barman e cuoco.

La mia carriera da cuoco inizia circa 10 anni fa …sono un autodidatta… è stata la mia passione per la cucina a spingermi in questo mondo.
Ho iniziato a Palermo, la mia città natale, e adesso da 5 anni vivo a Catania dove ho fatto lo chef in altri importanti locali ..
Ora sono qui al DOC, che ho conosciuto tramite un caro amico. Sin da subito ho sposato il loro progetto, che prevede soprattutto di riprendere le ricette della tradizione culinaria siciliana e farle riscoprìre alla vecchie e nuove generazioni.
Il mio obbiettivo è quello di portare innovazione e nuove tecniche nella tradizione.

Ciao sono Giuseppe e sono sous chef di DOC e ho 24 anni.
Ho iniziato a lavorare in questo settore a 15 anni proprio perché sin da piccolo avevo il sogno di fare il cuoco.
Ho conosciuto DOC grazie ad una amica e sin da subito ho notato che DOC non era solo un ristorante, ma una bella famiglia.
Ho quindi deciso di intraprendere questa nuova avventura, che sicureramente mi porterà molto lontano.

Ciao sono Alessio Valenti, un Bartender professionista e faccio parte dello staff di DOC. La mia carriera è iniziata da caffettiere circa 25 anni fa. Strada facendo mi sono appassionato sempre più al mondo dei drink e ho investito in corsi di formazione, Ho fatto parte di diverse associazioni professionali a livello internazionale. Sono un tecnico di sala e vendita e formatore per diversi enti regionali. Da qualche anno studio in piena autonomia l’evoluzione e l’innovazione della mixology volendola portare fortemente in una bella realtà nella mia città.
